Reta Lock, Chief Technology Officer
joins Santa Rosa Consulting with 19 years of business and technology consulting
and leadership experience. Just prior to Santa Rosa, Reta was the Director of e-Business
Strategy & Implementation at Payroll 1, Inc.. In this role Reta managed Internet
and e-Commerce initiatives from concept to market introduction. Prior to Payroll
1 Reta was with Unitive Corporation and Superior Consultant in roles including Vice
President and Chief Development Officer. She built a consulting practice focused
on delivering innovative business and technology solutions using leading edge technologies.
Reta assisted in growing the company including delivery service definitions, recruiting,
sales/marketing, management, consulting and developing products to streamline the
deployment of business and technology solutions. As the Internet began to evolve,
Reta's team developed and deployed numerous Internet based solutions for both brick
& mortar and dot-com organizations. Reta's experience also includes completion
of the EDS Systems Engineering Development Program. While with EDS Reta established
and grew the Lotus Notes Center of Knowledge, an organization established to deploy
and manage collaborative solutions for GM and other clients. Reta's degrees are
from Central Michigan University in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
