Mike Pilatos serves as the Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 19 years’ experience in finance and accounting, over 16 of which have been in the healthcare industry. As an integral member of the leadership team, he has managed the company’s substantial organic growth and completed three successful merger transactions while lending his expertise in due diligence, financial modeling, transaction design, and company integration. His participation in the company’s success also extends to a successful capital raise, recruitment of key executives, and implementation of internal systems.
Prior to joining Santa Rosa Consulting, Mike spent over 12 years at First Consulting Group, Inc. (FCG), a $300 million NASDAQ listed company, most recently as the Director of Strategic and Financial Planning. Over his tenure, Mike served in a variety of accounting, finance, and operational roles supporting healthcare delivery, health plan, and life sciences practices. During his career at FCG, Mike played an important role in more than 10 successful transactions. He served as a member of the leadership team responsible for achieving growth, profitability, and cash generation. Mike was also involved in the successful upstream merger with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC).
Mike holds a B.S. in Accountancy and M.B.A. in Strategic Management from California State University, Long Beach.
