Mike brings over 25 years experience in the healthcare IT services industry. Most recently Mike was the President and CEO of TreeMark Consulting Group, Inc. TreeMark provides business strategy consulting services and merger & acquisition advisory services to information technology companies serving the healthcare industry. Mike has assisted many of TreeMark’s clients in defining and implementing successful growth strategies. In addition, Mike has completed three M&A transactions for TreeMark clients in the past year. Prior to TreeMark, Mike was the President of Mediware Information Systems Medication Management Division with responsibility for operations in North America and the UK. Mike helped orchestrate a significant financial turnaround for the company starting in 2001. In 1997 Mike and two partners formed Techware Information Services, a technology staffing and project management company. Techware experienced explosive growth and was sold to CIBER, Inc. a much larger firm in the same industry out of Denver, CO. In the early 1990's Mike was the President of CliniCom, Inc. in Boulder, CO. CliniCom was a very successful pioneer in bedside computing and was sold to HBOC in 1995. Mike has led many public and private companies during his career and all have experienced significant growth and success.
