Mark Scruggs, Partner, Implementation and Integration Services
brings over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, where he has delivered
Professional and IT services to clients in the Healthcare Provider and Health Plan
sectors. Prior to joining Santa Rosa, Mark served as Partner, Practice Director
for the Health Plan Business Unit of CSC a $16b fortune 500 Company. Prior to CSC
Mark served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Health Plan
Business Unit of First Consulting Group, Inc, a $300M NASDAQ listed company serving
the healthcare industry. At FCG, Mark was responsible for overall delivery and delivery
resources for the Health Plan and Health Plan Outsourcing units including offshore
resources in India. He was considered one of the firm’s top specialists in large
scale system implementation and organizational transformation. Prior to FCG, Mark
was a Manager in the Healthcare Practice for Accenture, where he delivered professional
and IT services to large clients in the Healthcare Provider and Health Plan markets.
Mark holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from
the University of Florida.
