Ken Large, Associate Partner, Staffing Services
brings over 12 years of sales and operating experience in the information technology
services industry. Ken joined Santa Rosa as part of the merger with Tria Staffing,
LLC which Ken founded in January 2005. Ken developed Tria Staffing into a successful
information technology resource provider offering staffing and recruiting services.
Tria enjoyed a reputation for delivering outstanding results for their clients while
being easy to work with. During Ken’s tenure as President of Tria, from 2005 – 2008,
the company enjoyed near 100% compound annual revenue growth. Prior to Tria, Ken
served as Sales Manager for an information technology staffing firm providing recruitment
solutions and resources on a contract, contract to hire and permanent basis for
companies in the middle Tennessee area. Ken holds a B.S. in Marketing from Tennessee
Technological University.
